Our client in Plano, TX is looking for a Payroll Support Administrator to join their company immediately!
The primary responsibility of the Payroll Support Administrator is to work with internal team members and third parties to support accurate and timely processing and payment of payroll in accordance with wage and hour laws, union agreements, and company policy.
There are multiple companies, policies, and systems ,primary duty is to resolve team member and third party questions and issues related to timekeeping and payroll related activities.
Must be willing to work some nights, weekends, and holidays to support client payroll processing.
Associates Degree or relevant work experience
2 years of payroll operational experience from a corporate, multi-state environment
Intermediate level proficiency state and federal wage and hour laws, general tax requirements and withholding
2 years of Time and Labor systems experience
Intermediate level proficiency in verbal and written communication skills with proven results in problem resolution
5 years of payroll operational experience from a large corporate, multi-state environment
2 years of PeopleSoft Payroll / PeopleSoft Time & Labor
2 years of ADP ProBusiness experience or other ADP solution
2 years experience working with Time and Labor systems and administration in a manufacturing environment
2 years of Workforce Software experience
