Our client in Oakland, CA is looking for a ADMIN ASSISTANT to join their company immediately!
-Creating, updating and maintaining reports; processing invoices and expenses
-Organizing and maintaining files
-Assisting with coordinating events and meetings
-Maintaining office supplies
-Work hours: 8am-5pm
-Business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese and English a must
-5+ years professional business experience in office management
-Executive administrative assistant or a related profession with demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, organizing, coordinating, multitasking and problem solving
