Our client, specializing in trading and supply-chain worldwide, is now hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Heavy outside sales and business development
- Managing Staff
- Preparing sales forecasts, target, objectives and budget
- Authorizing and monitoring contracts and order reviews
- Authorizing and monitoring quotes and purchase orders
- Advertising and promoting company products and services
- Interviewing, training, reviewing and disciplining employees
- Providing leadership in problem solving and continuous improvement of activity
- Preparing feasibility studies for new business
Requirements include:
- Two (2) or more years of import/export experience
- Proven business development skills
- Must have experience in automotive industry
- Bilingual in English and Japanese
- Sales, management, and/or business planning experience
