Our client is now hiring a Technical Customer Service who will be responsible for the following duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides troubleshooting of product over the phone to users at remote sites using product diagnostic equipment
- Works with installers including plumbers and consumers to diagnose problems with installation
- Coordinates problem resolution to expedite repairs
- Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer
- Provides general technical assistance for the new products planning as needed
- Provides training and support to service representatives
- Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors including helping with shipment of orders and answering phones as needed
Requirements include:
- One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience
- Plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or electrical experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Contact Management systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Excellent customer service skills (on the phone)
