Our client, a transportation service company specializing in air/ocean freight and warehousing, is now hiring Customer Service in their Torrance office.
Responsibilities include:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to air/ocean/import/export
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements include:
- One (1) or more years of import/export experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in Japanese and English
