Our client, a global logistics and supply chain company, is now hiring a temp-to-hire Logistics Coordinator who can commute to Tijuana, Mexico.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for customer service, operation, and documentation
- Prepare rate quotations for shipments
- Negotiate ocean freight and trucking charges with trucking companies
- Make bookings with arrange container drayage and freight pick up, and coordinate container loading for shipments
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoice and packing lost
Requirements include:
- Two (2) or more years of import/export experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Job location will be in Tijuana, Mexico. The company provides a shuttle bus to and from their office in San Diego, if preferred.
