Job Descriptions Our client, an international food trading company, is now hiring an Office Clerk in their office in Santa Fe Springs.


Responsibilities include:

- Filing and collecting documents
- Answering phone calls
- Negotiating and arranging transport of goods with shipping or freight companies
- Tracking all incoming shipments from vendors
- Checking import/export documentations
- Maintaining records of business transactions and product inventories
- Other tasks as assigned


Requirements include:

- 1-2 years of working experience in import/export industry
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
- Excellent communication skills
