In Japan, Noritz is a long established brand that has more than half a century of history with hot water containers. Its U.S. corporate headquarters is in Lake Forest, south of Irvine. After exiting the 5 Freeway and going inland, you will see an entire neighborhood that is systematic and looks like none other than a newly developed business district. Farms and pastures around the perimeter still remain in some places and as one of the few prominent farm areas in Orange County, such past traces can also be seen.

Before becoming a municipality in 1991, Lake Forest was called El Toro. Inside the city is Orange County's oldest historical park called The Serrano Adobe. In the 19 th Century, this was the main stagecoach station that linked San Diego and Los Angeles, and even now, is a strategic point for traffic being so close to the 5, 405, and 133 freeways. Historical, full of nature, convenient for transportation, and excellent public peace. Not only for residents, but this place can be said to be an ideal location for people that work as well. However, this company's tank less water heater boils water instantaneously so fuel and lighting and heating expenses can be saved. Noritz's mission is to change the traditional style to Noritz's style that is friendlier to the environment.

This day, a technical workshop with construction personnel was being held in the meeting room. The instructor was the company's supervisor. The participants were all very enthusiastic having their materials in front of them and really listening in. In the office space, in the warehouse space, and in the meeting room where the training was taking place, everywhere in Noritz America, the atmosphere was full of vitality that is seen by a company that continues to grow. The attitude of not remaining in status quo and each person acknowledging his mission and working hard made a very favorable impression.
