In accordance with the State of California¡Çs newly enacted law, TWI¡Çs HR Consulting Business Department ASSIST is implementing a ¡ÈSexual Harassment Seminar¡É on behalf of your company. To be in compliance with the state law, this seminar has become an obligation to companies that have more than 50 people and is to be taken by supervisors in order for them to acquire knowledge on how to avoid sexual harassment. Completion of the seminar is required by January 1, 2006. As the deadline nears, it becomes harder to get on the schedule of a qualified lecturer, therefore, at ASSIST, we recommend taking the seminar as soon as possible.
