The TWI Group's policy is "Personnel introduction and consulting in all sincerity that places importance on the people". This is our company's basic stance that has been continually put to practice since establishment. Rather than simply fitting job seekers to a position that is presented by a corporation, in order to deliver a further sense of achievement and the feeling of happiness to job seekers and corporations alike, the characteristic of our company is to establish long-term relationships with everyone.

By providing job seekers more than the joy of "I'm glad I found a job", we would like to always offer a feeling of further accomplishments like,"I feel a sense of satisfaction in this job" and "I can grow myself" while assisting with the job search. Furthermore, what we aim for is to try to have our corporate clients feel, "The company has become alive again because of new personnel" and "Incorporating TWI's personnel know-how, there actually was effectiveness seen in management".
