Our client in Guymon,OK is looking for a QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER to join their company immediately!
(Job Description) -Addressing nonconformity in production process control -Following-up on and closing pending preventive and corrective action requests -Ensuring that HACCP documentation and design controls are appropriate for organization -Responsible for corresponding with USDA onsite inspector and USDA district -Supervises production analysis (proximate and microbial) in laboratory -Overseeing established calibration and testing program -Assisting the management team and provide QA support as necessary (Qualifications) -Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or Microbiology -3-5 years of related experience -Must be familiar with Process Control, HACCP, USDA and Code of Federal Regulation 9, Food Sanitation Standards and Food Sample Management -Experience in food sample handling and management, organoleptic testing and microbiological analysis For more information, please contact us at (310) 787-7475 A BETTER TOMORROW Teruko Weinberg, Inc. bridges the gap between great companies and top talent.
