Meet Our Staff
Teruko WeinbergPresident
Not only does she travel around the world as the representative of the company, she has enthusiastically performed volunteer services for non-profit organizations such as for Japanese Business Association, Career Woman Network, Asian America Symphony Association and Aichi Club (Kenjinkai – a gathering for people from Aichi Prefecture). Furthermore, as a contributor to various columns in human resources related issues, she has been active in the media and has played a symbolic role as a woman business owner that instills energy into the Los Angeles Japanese community. Also, she appeared as one of the business women in Southern California in Forbs magazine in 2011. At the time when she established her business, she appeared in the media using the catch phrase, “Teruko loves people.” The spirit of placing importance on personnel is presently inherited by all of her staff. Being in its 20th year in business in 2014, she aims to further expand in the next 10 years and as someone who steadily realizes business ideas, Teruko Weinberg is a person that “develops ideas” as well as “puts into practice what she preaches.”
